Dorothy Creamer (Past Speaker)

Dorothy Creamer, Editor-in-Chief of Hospitality Technology (HT), is a publishing professional with 15+ years’ experience in both B2B and B2C communications. As the editor-in-chief of HT she drives the editorial for the entire HT brand from print to web and in-person networking/educational events. Creamer also leads the analysis and writing of HT’s three benchmarking industry research reports (Lodging Technology Study, Restaurant Technology Study and Customer Engagement Technology Study). In addition, she develops content and leads speaker recruitment efforts for HT’s three annual industry events (HT-NEXT, MURTEC, and the MURTEC Executive Summit). Creamer has been with HT’s parent company since 2009. Prior to joining HT, she led the full editorial strategy for several merchandizing magazines. Creamer began her career as an editor for a consumer magazine publishing house, where she rose through the ranks to be editor-in-chief of magazines with subjects running the gamut from children’s/teen entertainment, men’s lifestyle, cooking, hairstyles and home décor.
