Jeff Carper

Jeff joined White Castle in February 2014 with over 30 years’ experience in the QSR Industry.  Prior to joining White Castle Jeff served in a variety of leadership positions with Sonic Drive-Ins for 16 years, including company operations, franchise operations, marketing and operation services.  Jeff’s last position with Sonic was VP of Operations leading the 400 + company owned drive-ins.  Prior to Sonic Jeff spent 14 years with the Krystal Company working in operations and training during his tenure.  Jeff earned his BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) and he earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
