Nicole DaCosta

Nicole DaCosta is a Learning & Development leader at Brinker International, home of Chili’s® Grill & Bar. After spending over two decades in the hospitality industry specializing in both restaurant and retail organizations, Nicole understands the importance of the guest experience. She brings expertise in leadership, culture and inclusion, and talent development. Nicole is passionate about building cultural intelligence and bridging the gap between our differences to connect more meaningfully at all levels -- enabling organizations to win, in the field and in the corporate setting. Nicole holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Huston-Tillotson University, an HBCU in Austin, TX. She received her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University in Irvine, CA. Nicole is an active member of the Association for Talent Development and is a certified practitioner for Myers-Briggs and the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model. She also holds certification in PROSCI Change Management.

Outside of the office, Nicole loves to travel with family and friends. She serves on the strategic planning committee for the Harmony Career Network, a non-profit whose mission is to “strengthen families and revitalize neighborhoods”. She tutors local elementary students with their reading and plays in competitive softball leagues. She is also “dog mommy” to her Schnauzer mix, Sonny D.
