With experience working globally in admired brands, Rashpal utilizes his business and technology expertise to help companies design, deliver and maintain solutions to manage and stay ahead of consumer and market demands.  Currently, Rashpal is the Director of Technology for Earls Kitchen + Bar, one of North America's most beloved restaurant group with 67 locations across Canada and the US.  In this role Rashpal serves as the foremost advocate for Technology by ensuring sound business continuity, robust internal process and a hunger to leverage it to accelerate business growth.  Prior to joining Earls Kitchen + Bar, Rashpal lead Digital Retail Strategy for adidas globally and also Retail Technology projects at lululemon.
