Val King (Past Speaker)

Val King has served as VP of IT of True Food Kitchen since 2017.  In his role, Val leads all IT related functions and is responsible for IT strategy and direction and is an integral partner on the Senior Leadership Team.

Providing business support to all key internal and external business partners and building a strong team are all part of the high-level service provided.  Val’s approach was integral when carving out True Food Kitchen as a stand-alone company from Fox Restaurant Concepts

Prior to joining True Food Kitchen, Val served in top IT roles with various groups that covered the complete spectrum of the restaurant space: fine dining to QSR, private to public, company-owned to franchise, small to large. Responsible for all functions including strategic planning, new initiatives, project management, support, a proven leader with a solid track record.
